By purchasing any services or products from Polmonthill Snowsports Centre, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. General Conditions
 
1.1. All visitors to Polmonthill Snowsports Centre must follow the rules and instructions provided by staff and instructors at all times.
1.2. Any activities undertaken on our premises, including but not limited to skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, are at your own risk. Polmonthill Snowsports Centre will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages to personal property.
1.3. You acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, and tubing involve inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume these risks by participating.
 
2. Bookings and Payments
 
2.1. All bookings must be made through our online platform or at the reception desk. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.2. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received.
 
3. Cancellations and Refunds
 
3.1. Cancellations made by customers are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, we may, at our discretion, allow you to reschedule, depending on availability.
3.2. Polmonthill Snowsports Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or credit for future bookings. Refunds will be issued only at our discretion and under exceptional circumstances.
 
4. Equipment and Safety
 
4.1. All participants must wear appropriate clothing and safety equipment, including helmets. Helmets are mandatory for all skiing, snowboarding, and tubing activities.
4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your equipment is properly maintained and suited to your skill level. Polmonthill Snowsports Centre is not liable for any issues arising from equipment failure or misuse.
 
5. Liability Disclaimer
 
5.1. Polmonthill Snowsports Centre and its staff shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained while participating in activities on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents resulting from falls, collisions, equipment malfunctions, or misuse of the facilities.
5.2. By participating in any activities, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to hold Polmonthill Snowsports Centre harmless from any claims or demands arising from your participation.
 
6. Health and Safety
 
6.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and able to participate in any activity booked. Please inform staff of any health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate.
6.2. If you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have any pre-existing injuries, we reserve the right to refuse participation.
 
7. Photography and Media
 
7.1. Polmonthill Snowsports Centre may take photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of such media, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
 
8. Code of Conduct
 
8.1. All participants and visitors must behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.
 
9. Governing Law
 
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
