Annual General Meeting 2026
Polmonthill Community Snowsports Centre (PCSC) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday August 25th at 7pm. The meeting will be held next door in Grangemouth Golf Club.
All members are invited to attend to reflect on the past year in which we completed our Community Asset Transfer and secured vital funding which will support the future community operation of Polmonthill.
Polmonthill is owned and operated by the community. Membership of PCSC is free and open to all.
To aid planning, and as we require the meeting to be quorate, it would be helpful if all members could confirm they will attend the AGM.
Next year will be an exciting time as we recruit a professional operations manager. We are looking for more members to join our Board of Trustees to help oversee the facility and implement our strategic plans. Any member who wishes to stand for a position on the board must submit a written nomination a minimum of 7 days in advance of the meeting.
