Welcome to Polmonthill
We are a community run snowsports venue. We teach skiing and snowboarding to children and adults from Polmont, Falkirk and across Central Scotland. Our instructors cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced lessons and race coaching for some of our more experienced skiers. We also have regular tubing sessions. All sessions can be booked directly on our website. Come and join us on the slope!
Polmonthill Community Snowsports Centre is a registered charity. Our purpose is to develop and maintain our unique sporting facility and to encourage participation in snowsports. We also seek to develop the sporting and social skills of young people through volunteering and our ski instructor trainee programme.
Community Ownership at Polmonthill
Polmonthill has been managed by our team of local volunteers since October 2024. Our charity, Polmonthill Community Snowsports Centre, took ownership of the centre in December 2025 with the completion of a community asset transfer from Falkirk Council.
As a charity we are dedicated to maintaining a high-quality, accessible, and affordable snowsports facility. We are committed to the ongoing maintenance of the slope and enhancing the facilities available for skiing and snowboarding for the local community.
More than ever, we now need the community to get involved and come and enjoy the slope. We are always looking for community members to volunteer and join us in running Polmonthill.
